High School Proof of Enrollment

(high school players ONLY, not youth)


Per GBYLA Guidelines:


If you are a new or returning high school Varsity/JV player OR a rising 9th grader,

you are required to submit proof of school enrollment when registering on the GBYLA site.


Your proof MUST CONTAIN the following four (4) elements:

(1) player's first and last name;

(2) school name (spelled in its entirety);

(3) school year term; and

(4) grade. 


If your proof does not contain all four (4) elements, your player's registration will be moved to pending status and removed from the team roster. 


The best thing to submit is a report card.


It cannot be a screen shot.


It needs to be a PDF or similar attachment.


**If you receive a notification that you have been placed in “orphan status” your proof of enrollment has been rejected by GBYLA and you need to refer to the steps to the right to get them a current report card.**

1.To get the report card please log onto PowerSchool via a desk top or laptop. Tablets or phones don’t work well for this process.

2. Select “Student Reports” on the left column.


3. Select “HS Report Card.”


4. “Print” should  allow you to download the report card as a pdf.
